How often do they shed?
Thor just shed for the 2nd time since we've had him. It was only about 3 weeks between sheds. I didn't know they shed that often? He is still young about 2 months. Here is a picture, not the best quality since it was my phone camera, but he is so pretty!

For the first couple months, it seems like they are constantly shedding. It makes it really hard to get good pictures to show people who are interested in buying them.
The frequency is directly correlated to the growth rate. They are growing thhe fastest when they are first born, and the growth rate slows down continuously for their entire life. This means that the frequency of their sheds is less and less the older they get. My skinks that are 10+ years old only shed 2-3 times a year.
