bigger toe.. help!

okay ive got my new bluey today.. shes probably the biggest blueys ive ever seen, and she's eaten some chicken and egg.. however theres an issue iwant to ask. i noticed thatone of her toeon her right back foot is larger than the other.. like swollen, unfortunately i havent got any picture of her yet.. can anyone help me about it? thanks alot 
oh yea shes been puffing and huffin when i try to hold her of the cage, typical wc behavior.. but shes quite calm and im going to tame her soon. hehe
