Northern BTS bleeding under scales?
I saw blood UNDER my BTS's scales, the ones on his head. The ones with blood under them actually ended up falling off and never healed correctly, so he has bad scarring(still handsome), now he's bleeding from one of the scales at the tip of his mouth. Nothing looks like it's dying/rotten and he's still lively, I was wondering what this is? I know it probably bothers the crap out of him. I know I should get him to a vet but the vet here isn't very... bright. She told me to do things with my leopard gecko that would kill it and cause respiratory problems. :\ (Like spray the cage down every day with cold water 2 times a day...)

Find another vet asap.
Your bleeding problem could be mites. Check closely for tiny, black things near the ears, eyes and mouth. They can cause irritation and bleeding and can lead to severe illness and even death if left untreated.
If he is generally bright, that's a good sign. Keep him well hydrated, remove him from his current enclosure and treat it for mites and parasites also. It won't hurt in the meantime, until you figure out what the problem is.
This is a guess, however and it is virtually impossible to draw a conclusion based on your descriptions. Pictures are useful, but ask around, there must be another vet nearby you can see, if not, consult with one on the phone. Most vets will be a little kinder in life/death situations and you can explain all the symptoms, even perhaps agree on a telephone consult fee if he'll look at emailed pictures you send, for example.
Keep us informed and welcome to the site. I hope things work out and you get a solution.
