Call for pictures

Postby Katrina » Sun May 08, 2011 10:05 am

We'd like some pictures to go with Mel's post on IDing gigas species (I'm putting that up in the links for newbies area as it is a common question and Mel's post was excellent!). Rather than linking Kingsnake adds that will be gone in a short time, I'd like to get pictures of people's skinks with their permission to use them as examples.

We need:
- Indonesians
- Classic Meraukes (Hi Jeff! :hithere: )
- Classic IJs
- Non-classic / Newer Meraukes (I have some of these covered)
- Halmaherra Indos

Looking for good pictures for IDing purposes - so birds eye of the whole skink, maybe some side shots. If some of your skinks fit these descriptions and you don't mind their photos being used (with mention of who's skink it is) then please either post them here or email them to me at kat.sharko@gmail.com

Thanks everyone!!! :D

I have both an IJ and two Meraukes that are "clear", no-question patterns and colorations. Let me know if you need pics of those.

Thank you Krista and ML. Gorgeous Indo, Krista!

Susann and Prairie - if you don't mind, I'd love a few pictures. More is always better for IDing purposes. Allows people to see some variability. :D
