Huberts new Enclosure

Had a great find on Kijiji (its a classified online system...for those who did not know)this week
I found a old store display case.
and now its Huberts new diggs.

Hubert spent the good part of the afternoon checking out all parts of it. He basked for a bit then off to check things out again. ended going to his hid(dog bowl) way eariler that normal. Pretty sure the little guy was played out...lol

Nice set up! If you haven't already done so, I'd grab some aquarium silicone and glue those pieces of rock together so they can't fall on him. Good idea though, he definitely has the space for raised hides / basking spots with that enclosure! :D

Yes pretty happy with how it turned out. Cool Idea about the raised hides, will have to look into how thou.
unless there are a few members with some samples??

btw the rocks are secure, they were aquarium ornaments but thanks for the concern.

Sorry, didn't know it was aquarium ornaments. :wink:

Here is an example of what I meant - I siliconed it together, just slate and a couple rocks from an aquarium store. :D

IC.:ohyes: That was kind of the idea with the aquarium ornaments, but I was unsure if he would use a elevated rocks and stuff.
I have some cork bark that I could use in conjunction with that rock pile.

thx :hug: 4 the photo that made it easier to understand..... you know the adage ....worth a 1000 words...lol
