The only tanks I seem to be able to find are made for snakes (taller than wider) Exoterras (Never big enough) or giant $2000+ all in one wooden display type cabinets - I dont want to be lugging one of those around, plus I cant stack them!

Yup. The two small domes fit perfectly. I can't remember which brand we bought most recently, but they're likely ZooMed Mini Deep Dome Reflectors...I think.

Just to point out; it says on the package to not use ceramic heaters in the small domes, but we've had them like this (two small domes next to each other, one dome with a regular light/heat bulb --on 12 hrs.-- and one dome with a ceramic--on 24 hrs.--) for close to two years now, and I think we've only had one ceramic that has "burned out". (Hubby can correct me if I'm wrong.)

Rosy is one of the best examples of a pink Merauke out there. It is pretty unusual to see one as nice as her.

It is just selective breeding.

If you breed 2 oranges together, you get orange babies of varying degrees. If you breed a brown (common) colored Merauke to an orange the colors would be between orange and brown.. some will be more orange than other.. and some will be more brown than others.

ETA: Has nothing to do with dominant, recessive, co-dominant, ect., ect.

They can all take on the color of one of the parents to,eg an orange and a nrown can have all orangry babies,or all brown,or a mix,2 oranges can make brown babies,2 browns could also pop out the odd orange one to,theres alot that plays into that as well,eg the 2 browns could have originated out of a more orange line
