New Baby aquired but there are complicationd

Hey, i sadly dont have a heating pad, but i moved the enclosure to the warmest spot in the house where it reaches a higher temperature, im also using a lamp now that gets relatively warm but ofc not as warm as the real deal. Im contacting vets left and right but they all can only look at him next week. I wont feed him till i get the basking bulb so that nothing rotts in his stomach and i will continue the soaks. His legs thankfully dont seem to be inflammed and im hopping that he will get better once the vet perscribbes something. The cloudy dot is still there but he sees normally. He instantly becomes active after a water soak so i dont think he is ill and that the temperature fluctiating was the reason for him not eating. That is my fault and i should have checked the temps more regularly
