Not really bubbles as much as just her eyes crust over and just looks like a nasty crusty film over her eyes.

Evan, where are you located? Maybe we have a local member who can take a look at her for you. I would expect to see results by now if your temps are good and she's on meds. It's hard to say why there is no improvement without seeing her and your setup.

I'm located in southern louisiana. But I'm surprise cause today she actually has her color back again and she actually moved instead of just staying under her hide like she's been doing. She went back to being brown instead of grey after I started giving him water in a syringe mixed with electrolytes so she could finally get water.
But I will post some pictures of the set up just so yall can maybe gets some ideas as to what may need to be changed or whatever.

That's her tank. Right now it's a 20 gallon long (30"x12"x12") but I will get a bigger one very soon. But I am using cypress mulch and zoo med terrarium moss and I spray everything down 2 times a day. The blue water is the electrolytes mix.
I use a 100 watt intense basking bulb butting that temerature varying between 98-103 and a 13 watt uvb 150 bulb, at night I use an 8 watt (8"x8") UTH that puts the tank at 73-76 at night.

Just a little health update.
Today Vaas is looking a lot better she had both of her eyes open on her own, she ate food on her own, drank water, and actually pooped in her cage without me having to soak her. She starte shedding last night and this shed is the first of 3 that has actually gone over easily. I stopped giving her the antibiotics today (cause I was actually supposed to about 3 days ago) and she hasent looked this great since before this whole ordeal started.
I'd like to thank everyone that's helped me with this and I'm hoping that this is the end of this entire event.
