I definitely would have brought it to his attention! Regardless of how long he's been dealing, he needs to know of unhappy customers and subpar animals he's selling as healthy. When I have an issue with a seller/business, I will inform them of the issue. I will then give them the chance of correcting the situation. From my background working in retail, I do not get irate, unreasonable, ect most of the time. If they choose not to fix the issue, I simply stop giving them my business and warn others of my situation if it comes up in conversation.
For the price you paid, would you have bought them knowing they had these health issues?

Re: Exoticpetslv rating
There is no "great price" for those skinks. 3 of them look like they have MBD or other health problem. The one that is really bad should have been offered for free with full disclosure of its condition with pictures. I would definitely confront the seller about lack of disclosure and go to BOI with pics of the animals. They could end up costing you a lot in vet bills, may never be breedable and potentially very hard to re-home if your circumstances change and you can no longer care for them.
He is also selling a Merauke that he describes as "intact". Prior ads of that skink looked very rough. Now he just shows it from a distance with only its face showing.

Ken Foose has been around for a long time but that doesn't excuse selling MBD ridden animals passed off as healthy ones. At the very least you should send him an email. I'm sure you got them for a good price, but unless that price was free, you should try to get your money back.

Re: Exoticpetslv rating
You all are right. My apologies for not acting promptly.
I just sent off an ill-worded email to Ken explaining how I/we expected better from him and his reputation.
I wouldn't want to post his response, but rest assured that he will know that this was unacceptable and unforgivable.
Thank you for urging me to do so.

Re: Exoticpetslv rating
It’s best to not make private emails public, but it would be good to know if he makes an effort to make things right or not. I never assume someone is a bad person until they prove to me that they are.
It’s hard to imagine how someone could ship those animals without realizing that something is wrong, but give him a chance to explain. Sometimes you learn more about the integrity of a person by how they handle it after they make a mistake, than by the mistake itself. We all make mistakes. It’s what we do next that separates the good guys from the bad.

Thank goodness you bought them instead of someone who wouldn't know what to do.

It's a sad situation. It would be good to know how he responds, even without posting his actual words. It will definitely show us whether he is a breeder to have respect for, or not, whatever the case may be.
Sad, very sad.
On the MBD side, you can't fix what's already taken place, but you can help prevent worsening of their condition by carefully looking at the diet and supplements you give. They look to be quite advanced in disease progression, so pain would be a major concern for me. It might be worth getting X-rays done to see the extent of the damage, particularly to the ribcage- where MBD has progressed to a point where the bones actually "crumble" and cave, the pain and discomfort felt by the skink could be huge and affect quality of life. The vet will be able to determine how much their range of movement has been affected and whether pain will be a big issue.
I'm not saying to consider euthanasia, of course, but just to be mindful of these things when thinking about the welfare and contentment of your skinks.
