which toe?
it looks like there might be some redness on one but i cant tell if thats his actual toe or the blanket lol
he may not eat for a few days or a week because he is in a new place
when i first got my IJ she didn't eat for 2 weeks, now i cant get her to stop eating at she is quite large haha
i dont have experience with mouth rot BUT my northern (crackerjack) cut/busted his lip/mouth a while back the vet gave him antibiotics and told me to syringe feed him a slurry -i mainly used crested gecko diet but i also blended some of his regular food stuffs into it ---that doesn't mean that you should do this though, its just what worked for me and crackerjack, he loved it and actually put on some weight with it
