I was watching that feeding video in amazement and awe. Lmao, Igor is mad cute with his greediness and lack of table manners xD I don't have a bluey yet, so this video really put a smile on my face and made me even more excited! :}

Your parrotlet is such a sweetheart! c: and the macaw is just gorgeous. I had a budgie, he was the love of my life. He would sit in my plate and eat with me and take showers with me and everything ): he would also attack my shoes XD I really wanted another pet, and I decided that a lizard would be a nice change. I'm pretty happy with my decision so far, except that I have yet to receive any sign of "I don't hate you anymore" from my skink...

I don't know about being overweight, but you should supplement calcium more.

c: they really are wonderful. I suggest getting a baby though, so he learns to love you more quickly. Igor refuses to come to me unless I have food. I have to go fetch him and then he gives me the evil eye.

I'd use that twice a week, but the rest of the time use powdered egg shells for some free calcium without d-3

At the base of the tail, it seems like early stages of MBD, but it's not necessarily what it is...
Just to be safe, I personally would supplement more.

I will do that. Thanks for pointing that out to me, although like I said, he gets a tiny teaspoon-thing of his D3+calcium at every meal, so it would really surprise me that something is wrong with his calcium levels.

Does look solid,but in good shape,they often flatten out like that when basking,exposes more body surface to attract heat,also flatten as a defence strategy to,makeing them look bigger and more fearsome,though usually add exposing tongue and hissing,in the pic looks like yours is basking,very attractive meurake

I just acquired a 26W ReptiGlo 10.0 UVB light. Should it be on for 12 hours, like the basking light? Or do I just it on for short periods of time when he decides to emerge from the substrate?
