Don't be sorry, Sapphire - it wasn't meant to be directed at you, more of a warning before people continue to post to make sure it is constructive (although your post was a wee bit angry! ). You're definitely right about the vet being the only option right now.

ok dont panic everyone i was actually instructed about the pin... i was told to touch the outside layer and see if it oozed i did take him to the vet and i was told it was a common eye disease they kept him overnight and his eye was good as new in the morning "i was very excited" The vet also responded to me saying if the bubble had gotten any bigger it would have caused him a great deal of problems and could result in "brain issues"
Tbh i didnt understand everything he was on about but im happy now ^^

Make sure to mention that next time, Surtle. There is a big difference between doing something 'just because' and doing something a vet instructed you to. For future reference though, you should make sure any instrument you use on your animal, especially that goes in your animal, should be sterilized. Personally, I'd ask my peircing shop or vet for a sterilized needle to use, and explain why.
