Is this something to worry about? Ear drums look to have scabs and front feet seem raw.

Hey everyone! I’m hoping someone may be able to give me a little bit of help with a concern I’m having with my boy Stanley.

I’ve recently had him in to the vet with a possible nasal infection after he started sneezing so he’s currently on a week long course of broad spectrum antibiotics.

He also started shedding last week and the vet noticed he had some shed around his toes so she recommended I buy him some vitamin e cream to help loosen it up. Tonight as I was putting it on I noticed the palms of his front feet seem very red. I’ve had him for 12+ years now but can’t say I’ve carefully inspected his palms after each shed so I’ve never noticed whether they are usually this red after a fresh shed. Do they seem normal? Apologies for his long nails, he’s due for a pedicure…

While I was looking at him I also looked into his ears and noticed there seems to be a scab (photos are of both the left and right ear)! Now that freaked me out. Does anyone know what could have caused this?? I don’t want to touch it incase it hurts him.

Thank you for any advice you can offer me!

It could be a reaction to the antibiotic I’d say maybe, maybe check that out with your vet, did this start right as u were giving them to him?
