wild chocolate BTS with no patterning

Postby cleva » Sat Oct 26, 2024 12:16 am

Hi everyone, I have two BTS that are captive bred which I have had for a few years. We have lots of wild BTS ( eastern) on our property in northern NSW. One of the wild BTS avourite places is on our front verandah. Over the last six months we have had two juvenile BTS take up residence under the coaches on our front verandah. One of them is hypermelanistic but not black. It is chocolate brown with zero patterning and a black nose. I have attached some photos. Is this morph common as it seems quite different to the black hypermelanistic morphs.
