Urgent Very Sick Blue Tongue

Hey all,
I wrote this in a rush because im really worried.
have a 2 year old blue tongue thats been really sick for the past few days and I need any advice you can give me to help him out. Hes lost a lot of weight and isnt drinking water, I think he may also be impacted as he occasionally opens his mouth as if hes trying to vomit. I have been soaking him in warm water which seems to help but whenever he gets slightly better he gets worse again and I dont know what to do. Ive been considering syringe feeding him, even just water, but I dont know if thatll make the impacting worse or if he could choke from it. Ill give a list of symptoms for lack of a better word.
Sunken eyes, not shedding, he wont open his eyes, drink, eat and he hardly reacts to me picking him up/touching him, hes almost completely limp, hes lost a lot of weight and is frequently opening his mouth as if trying to vomit.
Im really worried and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your skink needs to see a vet that specializes in reptiles asap. That is the only thing that will help at this point.
