Hi Mel! I was never one to post on here much … or ever (?), but this forum is what made me the keeper I am today. I’m going to try and be around a bit more too.

Yay! Please do This forum absolutely helped make me who I am today. And as I reflect on where I am in my reptile-journey now I am so grateful that this forum, and the amazing people in the blue tongue community, was there. I know we've moved to social media and I have so many new friends there too, but there's just something special about this place and all the people who came together here.

I haven’t been around much since I sold my magnificent Merauke breeding group, but I can’t bare to think about closing this forum down. And I won’t as long as I have sensible, experienced people active on here. Splashy and Janella are definitely the reasons why people are still allowed to post on this forum, so I hope everybody will give them the respect they deserve. And FATAL, one of my original role models! One of our earlier members; your advice and knowledge were always so sound and profound. Please help this forum stay relevant and active Love, love, love you and every single thing you are about. Still my role model and teacher.

Thank you Susann. That means so much to me. You (and everyone else who helped) keeping this forum running means a lot to me. Whatever happens right now with my "business", knowing that this place is still here has helped me. I can't imagine being anyone's role-model, let alone someone as talented and incredible as you are, but if you say I was, then I'll continue to try being worth that high praise <3

I'm working with a local artist here to rebrand and it's been such an amazing but emotional experience. That design you drew is forever a part of my identity; thank you so much for letting me use it for all these years

I'm glad you've enjoyed it! I don't dabble in graphic stuff at all these days, so it was always super fun whenever you popped up on my Fb feed cause it was like ooo my art! Haha

Oh gosh now I'm thinking about how I used to remember all the codes for the smilies I used the most!
