Does my skinks nose look okay/healthy?

I recently noticed this little spot under his nose

, at first thought it was maybe clogged and swollen but we soaked him and wiped a little with a swab and it looks clear, looks like its maybe just a damaged scale underneath, whats your opinions? Heres the other side for reference
