vv Breakdown of my care farther below vv
What started it
This problem all started at the beginning of this year. He looked like he got a small cut on the underside of his foot on the pad, I thought he got it by scraping up against a particularly sharp piece of bedding chip. I made sure to keep it clean and expected it to heal up but a week later his middle toe on that foot (his left front) started to turn red. I gave him warm baths to help the healing prosses and waited to see if it would resolve. More time passes and I thought it started to get better, but then in the span of a week it turned black and now his other foot had a cut around his finger and it then started to turn red.
I took him to the vet and they told me he had gotten fibers/hairs maybe caught around his toes and that was the cause. They recommended I change bedding (i did) but also keep him on paper towels while he heals. They said they got all the fibers off, but he did lose that black toe. He had full little medicated bandages on both feet and he was on antibiotics as well as anti-inflammatories. I did the full course of the treatment and was able to take off his bandages. His feet looked so much better, and after more time they healed over and sealed, letting me take him off the paper towels and into his new fiber-free bedding.
Today's emergancy
Up until this Tuesday, the 22nd, he was doing good. But on that day he seemed almost depressed and stayed in his hide all day, which is very unlike him. I thought it was because he was going to shed or that he just had an off day, but the last few days he had gotten worse. He's now lethargic, not wanting to move much, and about four other of his toes on all feet are now turning red. I've made sure that he has no shed stuck, made sure his feet and encloser stays clean, and that nothing else is wrapped around his toes and cutting circulation off
I'm waiting for his vet to respond back to me, they're fully booked and trying to squeeze me in but I wanted some input on this because I'm making myself sick worrying. Like a said above I've fixed everything that could be causing problems and I just can't understand what I'm doing wrong, I'm just so worried about him and the guilt keeps me up at night. I just want to make him happy and healthy again, I'm willing to change anything. His health is way more important to me than anything else.
Here's a breakdown of my current care for him:

I spray his tank multiple times a day to ensure he doesn't dry out, but I also make sure he's not drenched
Substrate---
I use Carefresh Small Animal Bedding which is dust and fiber-free, as recommended by his vet.
He was previously on Zoo Med Forest Floor Bedding, but his vet suspected he was getting the fibers from it around his toes so I switched to the one above
I clean his tank weekly and make sure he has about 2-3 inches to burrow

Diet---
He eats every other day and I rotate his food a bit each time so he gets a variety
Calcium Powder is mixed in with every meal, and once a week he gets Vitamin A powder added in place of the Calcium
All of this is finely minced up and served as 60% greens 40% proteins
Greens:
- Collard greens
- Green bell peppers
- Mustard greens
- a very, very small amount of parsley
- Cucumber
- Green beans
Protein:
- Whole raw egg, shell and all
- 1 of three different fresh meat dog food. All grain-free and non-seafood with high calcium and other greens
(I mainly use chicken, beef, turkey, and lamb)
- Mealworms
All mealworms are fed:
- Raw cut potatoes
Calcium mealworm flake food
Vitamin gut load powder, given to me by my vet
