HELP. ScaleRot?

I took in a rescue BTS 2 weeks ago and he has not eaten I assume it Brumation. Today i went to bathe him and he has this spot were the sclaes look rotted i did some research and think it is scale rot but am unsure. If so how do i treat it. Also he has a whole layer of stuck shed i think i peeled of an an eye cap and his entire body is covered with a layer of shed that i think is stuck but i could be wrong

Hi there, from what I can see it looks just like stuck shed to me. I would try warm water soaks for 20 minutes twice a day to break up any stuck shed. Keep his humidity high around 80% and also provide a humid hide. I hope that helps.

Totally agree. Not scale rot, shedding issue.
