My northern got up from brumation in late December and was up for a couple weeks eating and basking like normal. It then became inactive and uninterested in regular food for the last two weeks but then shed last week. I thought it was from the shedding but it is still inactive. It does aggressively eat small things like worms if placed outside the hide.
If disturbed it acts normally and if I touch its hiding place it hisses. If removed from its hide, it drinks water then wanders around and returns as if it were brumating again.
It’s about 1 year 9 months old. Any insight is appreciated!

Odd behaviors this time of year are not uncommon.
