Is this coloration on my skinks mouth and head normal?

Hey guys, just wondering if this coloration on my skinks mouth is normal? I cant remember him not having this and I've had him since he was 2 months old(he's 4 months now). This greenish hue is also on the scale above his nose and on the top of his eye scales.

I have seen similarly colored hues on other skinks. If the skink is eating, basking, active, and otherwise acting like a normal lizard, I wouldn't stress.

Thank you for your response! I haven't really seen any other skinks myself that have this coloration but he seems to be very healthy in every other aspect. So perhaps its just his natural state.
