Canned Food Longevilty
Hello. I just got my new 2 month old BTS named Saphira from Stacey on Thursday and she just ate her first meal today, yay! Having opened my first can of cat food, I realized that during my research, I don't remember seeing anyone mention how long opened cat food can keep in a refrigerator. If you feed canned cat/dog food and don't use it all at once because you only have 1-2 skinks, how long do you keep it in the fridge once you move it to a separate container? Thanks!

What we've figured out is to open a can, mix it with Repashy bluey buffet 1/2 and 1/2 and then freeze it the day we make it. Then we thaw it out one portion at a time.

freeze it in silicone muffin trays, you can mix veggies in at the same time

I wouldn't be feeding canned dog (or cat) food to a skink , especially not a young one.
You are setting it up for fatty liver desease and other health issues if you do.
A baby BTS is better off being fed live high quality insects with some salad.

It will keep in a small sealed container (filled up with product an not much air space) for a week.
