A Not-Ugly Humid Hide

So a month or two ago, my Northern was having trouble with some pretty dry, rough, fishlike scales on her belly. Most of what I'd ever read said that a humid hide should only be introduced during shed and not a staple of the enclosure until the animal was a year old, so I tried everything from different substrate to a tri-weekly bath with little results, so finally, I decided to just give her a darn humid hide... And it worked wonders; I've never felt a reptile so baby-soft, and she loves it.

But here's the reason for my story: humid hides look ugly; that was a huge hang-up of mine. A big tupperware container in the middle of my bluey's beautifully-decorated habitat? Forget it. So what's a girl to do? Go outside, get some rocks, sanitize them, and stick 'em on that ugly plastic box with Gorilla Glue and contact cement. Hopefully you guys find this useful too!

Gorilla Glue, Loctite Super Glue, and contact cement. I just left it out for a few hours to let any fumes air out and make sure everything was dry before I put it in the tank.

Thank you! It does extend her basking rock, which was needed since she's growing like a little weed.
