Kuiper is a one year old Eastern BTS. We have two and he is the smaller of the two. He has been a very picky eater, and even when he is cold he tends to stay on the cool side of the enclosure. He has been sneezing rather frequently, initially he was just sneezing, but now he has snot coming out. His eyes look fine, so I doubt it is a respiratory infection. Lately he has been standing and stretching his head up, but today I noticed his neck appears to be swollen. If anyone has any ideas as to what could be going on please let me know!
Also, they both have been wiped clean of mites. Enclosure washed with betadine, rocks and dishes with bleach and water, and they were bathed in a diluted betadine bath.

Any time there is discharge from the nose, it's a concern that should be addressed with a vet.
Neck "jowels" are quite common in many BTS species, but I'm not sure how common they are with Easterns, nor am I sure that that swelling looks quite like a normal jowel...
If it were my skink, I would make a vet appointment.
