I've been feeding him consistently twice a week. I've been doing the ice cube tray thing and feeding one cube at a time. It's usually a mix of some kind of greens, squash, carrots, apples, and dog food. The dog food I'm using is the Wellness 100% grain free, so maybe that could be why he is putting on weight because it is a lot of protein? Am I the only one who thinks he looks big? Looking for a second opinion. Thanks!

He appears to be at a great weight from these photos.

Re: Is my Dandy getting fat?
Great looking skink!
Looks to be in great shape too.
Yours doesn't have much jowl yet and a bit of jowl is ok. When the jowls get large and the belly fills out at the back legs is when you have to be aware of possible weight issues which is more comon with females. I don't really worry about my males getting fat because they will lose it in the fall/winter as they fast.

Thanks for all of the #bodypositivity! He's a cutie although I realized you couldn't really see the jowls in the pics I posted before.
Also I've grown adept at taking pictures of him while he is yawning, making him look a little like an angry muppet. An adorable angry muppet.

Body positivity — I like that.
Dandy is a gorgeous Merauke. Any particular reference in his name?

What a beauty. He looks so mad in that bottom shot, like he's saying "This is MY bag". though in actual fact he's just sleepy XD.

Re: Is my Dandy getting fat?
Thank you! :-) I named him Dandy mainly because he was such a pretty boy, but also after Dandy from the Freakshow season of American Horror Story.
