Wow that color change is crazy! I would love an albino one day but cant justify it without breeding, maybe in a few years time

Yeah, I never planned on going down the albino path but somehow I ended up with this skink and a bunch of hets out of this season's dealings (without any money changing hands too :ohyes: ).

Its a dirty off white though, Scott. The pic from my phone didn't capture how crap it looked on slough.

I love the peachish colour, do they keep that or does it fade as they get older?

Richard I just love your Shingleback's man. They are some of the coolest looking lizards in my own opinion. I can't wait for the day I am ready to pick one up. It's one species at a time over here... for now.

I thought Vera was looking mighty fine tonight, so I snapped a picture while I was cleaning some enclosures. Her subtle bloody red doesn't show well in inside lighting. Her scales are really starting to smooth out now there is a constant level of 80% humidity. Installing a heater in the skink room soon, so this will go down quite significantly, I suspect. So if I don't get any breedings this year, maybe next year. :)
