Looking into getting a Blue-Tongued Skink after helping out some family get their beardies going. Don't like bearded dragons really, but I remembered seeing one of these guys at a reptile show last Spring and have started the process.
The thing I'm starting to find now is that there's a lot of breeders even in Canada, that's not a problem -- but getting a response from them is. Almost every website I've visited so far hasn't been updated in at least 3-5 years, the last pictures or availability listed are years old. If there's any information at all besides a screenshot of Mapquest and a phone number.
Any recommendations for someone on the WestCoast? Probably not worth trying to get a BTS from across the border in the US, so Canada only. Local pet store owner has offered to source one for me as well if I go that route, for a price a little higher than I see on most of the classified posts (covering his costs, of course).
Thanks!
