I think he hates me!! :(
Now when I come into the room he actually HIDES from me!! I want to switch him to a larger tank and give him some new clean cyprus bedding and see if he will finally EAT but I can't get him out lol. I left a small amount of metrics dog food up there to see if he'd come out while I was gone so I hoe he eats. Any suggestions?? I wanna make nice! Lol

Thats normal behavior for new skinks, especially imports. The animal doesnt hate you, its just stressed and scared to death. Give the animal a week or two to settle in and get adjusted to its surroundings before handling.

He isn't a baby he's 2. I adopted him because his precious owner was leaving for boot camp.

Im aware that its not a baby, and in many regards, adults take a longer time to settle in to new enclosures than babies do. Its an Import Merauke, just needs some time to settle in
