Finny's gums are bleeding again. It's still only a little bit, but I still think it hurts her. Yesterday and today she was laying in her hide for a few minutes with her gums bleeding a little. The front of her nose and part of her eyelid looks red (but not bleeding) as well. She ate her food fine today, but, uggghhhh. I do hope this is just from trying to get the stuck shed off her head. I hate seeing her like this, how do I stop it ?!
Edit: we're taking her to the vet to make sure she doesn't have mouth rot after we get back from our trip...

UPDATE: Finny's gums started bleeding a little again today, though she seemed very eager to come out this morning. We got a digital thermometer/hydrometer and we're taking her to North Central Animal Hospital tomorrow.
ANOTHER UPDATE:
We took Finny to the vet today.
The vet didn't see anything wrong with her mouth (no mouth rot!), but she did say the bleeding could be caused by liver clotting, since she is a bit fat. She also got a fecal sample to make sure she doesn't have any parasites, which they'll tell us the results tomorrow or the day after.
Other than that, it seems like they don't think anything is wrong. They did give us some Vitamin K supplement to give her, so if the problem is liver clotting, it will help.
