some updates on this seasons prince reg ent/kunnanurra
this lot shows some take on prince regent look,others more kunnanurra with the odd mix,the more kunnanurra ones just like straight kunnanurra take ages to start developing head speckles ,some over 12 months,the rest get them quite early

but just like last season,a couple get really really pale and loose patterns and get whiter as the grow
last season i only kept 4 from the same pairing litter so this season I've hung on to them all to see what happens,well one went to a new home today

actually hauvt measured them.maybe in the 20 to 25 cm range,couple bit bigger than the others

the other litter so,Darwin/kunnanurra over kunnanurra are actually chunkier,born early December

whilst on the subject of hold back northerns last,May as well post pics of other 2 litters
pic above is the runt 4 from the single baby litter from dark oddball kunnanurra female and a kunnanurra male,i haunt the foggiest how it will turn out,as its different to any other of my kunnanurra as babies,even the dark oddball girl,time will tell

Bin ones are last seasons,coming up to 18 months old now,November born,bin pic is older ,maybe around 9 months old there of the 4 holdbacks ,pale one was in blue so whiter looking its the same one in pics by it self above which is more recent

Might be following season,biggest pale ones a male so possibly may try him but probably hold out till next season,getting close to that time now and still like a bit more size on him
The big male kunnanurra already starting to drop sperm plugs,which is very early,girls are still a ways off i reckon but from past few years ,my lot like to chop and change there timing on me,lol

Well one jumped the gun by 6 weeks last season,so i try not to rule anything out now,a few of the big girls have gone right off there tucker,so possibly worth a sussing them out,been pretty cool of late
