"Goldie" - Kei Island BTS

Postby Ophidiophile » Thu Mar 26, 2015 7:59 pm

There are a couple that are close, but this one is my favorite Kei Island in my collection. Raised her from a tiny 17 gram imported newborn from Indonesia in 2013.

Got her outside for this photo today.

It is amazing how you can't tell she's been in captivity all her life with her scales being smooth and shiny. Nice job. What do you do to keep humidity high?

Being kept in a rack system with a large water bowl keeps things nice and humid. I do the occasional spray but mostly it's not necessary.
