New here

Postby moghue » Thu Oct 16, 2014 11:27 am

Just thought i would drop in and say hello. My name is Matt, i live in Delaware. I got my BTS in a trade a few months ago. He/she is 4 years old has a few kinks in the tail but not to noticable. Very sweet personality. I used to be big into tarantulas but do to health reason i had to give them up(long story). I also keep Dart frogs. some snakes(although they will be rehomed eventualy only going to keep a few) I actualy have quite a zoo lol and am cutting back a bit to consentrate on the dart frogs and BTS's only. Before getting my BTS i did a whole lot of research, actually like about 3 years of research. I kind of like to know what im getting into before i actually have the animal. I will try and take some pics of her and show you all tonight. Im not sure exactly what type of BTS she is. Hopefully some one can tell me. The person i got her from didnt know. Im in the process of building a way bigger enclosure for her.

Irian Jaya. :) Congrats on your new skink, it is wonderful you did the research BEFORE you got one. :)

Thanks. I kind of figured that what she was. I always research any animal before i buy them. This was one i couldnt pass up as i was getting rid of my tarantulas and the person had her and actually offered her in trade.
