Little update on my new Blue.
So its been a little over 2 weeks since I got my little guy. I am really happy I went with the reptibark for substrate he really seems to like burrowing in it. Infact its the only place I ever find him.
Unfortunently he is still very huffy and hissy when i try to take him out. Hes even lunged at my hand with a snap a few times. I kind of feel bad always disrupting him, but if i dont, he dorsnt seem to notice the food in the cage.
I sure hope this changes soon, i dont like chasing him arpund the cage. But he does calm down once im handling him so thats a plus.

Re: Little update on my new Blue.
If hes a baby hes more inclined to hiss and puff i reckon. Mine did that the first day or two whenever i put my hand into his tank but after handling him a lot hes totally fine. Just put yer grubber in there reaaaaaaal slow and make sure he knows its not a threat!
Dont feel bad disrupting him i mean. When you first got him i assume you let him just hide away for a day or two to get used to his habitat but now its about being around him and showing him theres nothing to be so nervous about! And handling him is the only way to let him get used to you.
