Needing Pics of Baby Caramels/Pale Greys

Postby Carnivale » Sat Aug 23, 2014 6:24 pm

I've been wondering if really pale BTS start out more colorful, or if they are always super pale and carry it into adulthood? I'd love to see pictures of examples, if anyone has them, of what really pale adults look like as babies, since I know colors can change a bit with age.

Thanks!

From what I have seen it depends on the lineage/bloodline. I have seen some skinks start out looking beautiful and then dull up over time and as adults not look nearly as nice. I have also seen others that start out like ugly ducklings only to look stunning as adults with their colors intensifying as they age. From what I have noticed look at the parents that will give you an idea of how the babies will look as adults and that is even unpredictable especially if both parents are not similar in appearance.
