You can see in the picture of him that he has a regenerated tail; that would be because twice he has bitten it off and eaten it!

Ultra-strange! It must have seen me biting my nails and got the idea
"Ouroboros" is a mythological dragon/serpent that bites its own tail and works its way up, ultimately consuming itself, hence the name.
Anyway, after doing it twice, it has now decided to leave its tail alone - which I'm very happy about!
