suspect gravid western starting the laboured breathing

Fat and skinny,lol

This is my geraldton wa pr ,sitting watching a couple of gravid egernia skinks the big western girl has popped out for a bask,this year shes stayed under cover alot near basking area

Any ways shes started to show signs of laboured breathing,its quite subtle compared to blotchies which are like mexican jumping beans in comparison but its now quite easy to see

Rory how pronounced was laboured breathing in your females,ive heard some females actually hide it as well so not always there to go off

Only thing i did different this season is let it warm up slower,last season i warmed them to fast even over nite

Behaviour wise the females hidden alot more,hasnt eaten as much but gotten fatter

The males hemipenes swelled alot more this season,and he was dropping spermplugs left right and centre,still dropping the odd one now

Still not counting my chickens but looking good

When was her last slough?

The other 2 which I'm waiting on have just sloughed.

She hasnt sloughed since last season,but has gotten quite dark so shouldnt be long,the male has shed twice since wake up

Was going to ask if your female which dropped shed first,as when i got slugs a cpl seasons ago i noticed she shed then dropped alot of weight roughly ten days later,small sa female
