New baby help
Hi, I just got a new baby bts on Sunday. It was born either Friday night or Saturday morning. It has been eating and I have noticed some pee in the cage but still no poop. Is this normal? This is my first bts so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is very common for them to not poop while they are settling in to their new home.

You should start worrying when he stops eating and possibly starts showing signs of disease. However, he sounds perfectly fine to me right now since he is still eating.

Thanks for the help, I caught him eating on his own today so I'm feeling much better. He ran and hid when I can into the room but at least he's eating. I was putting his face into the dish before (that's what I read to do) but now I see he's got it figured out. I'm going to leave him be for a few days and see if that helps.
