Growing too Fast? and Are Califlower greens Ok to feed?

Hello all. Our family has had Spock for about 6 weeks now. We all love him. He is such a fun little lizard. My two main questions are:
1. He has shed twice now and is working on a third time . Is this normal in this time frame? Is it possible to grow too fast?
2. Are cauliflower greens safe to give? We have a garden full of fresh greens, cauliflower, broccoli, and squash leaves are any safe to feed. We are trying to vary his diet as much as possible. So far he really likes Mustard greens, bell peppers and raspberries. The raspberries get a little messy though.

1. 3 sheds in 6 weeks is fast growth, but it's nothing to be alarmed about for a baby.

2. Broccoli and cauliflower are in the genus Brassica, which is a genus of veggies that contain high goitrogen levels. The effects of goitrogens are in a recent thread in the advanced discussion forum. It is okay to feed them in moderation, but not as a staple. Broccoli and cauliflower greens are edible, but I'm not sure of their nutritional value. I don't think squash greens should be fed, because they're very rough/fibrous and might be hard to swallow.

Three sheds in six weeks is just fine. If anything it points to a strong, healthy skink. I cant comment on the broccoli or cauliflower greens, but im pretty sure i read somewhere that squash leaves are toxic to reptiles. I did a quick google search and didnt find anything so maybe im mistaken, but in your situation i would avoid them just to be safe.
