My concern with this would be that there is no greens in there... it would be great to add some collards. Right now it will have a very poor Ca/P ratio. Maybe add the shell with the eggs to bump up the calcium.
I don't freeze food in batches like this, but I remember someone who did saying they didn't add fruit as it typically doesn't freeze well? I might be wrong...

I freeze my bluey chow. I don't add fruit but thats just because we usually have fresh fruit laying around that I can toss in. I have freezed(?)(frozen?) blackberries before and they turn out just fine, and we always freeze strawberries so we can eat them all year 'round.
I have read that freezing the greens causes them to lose thiamine (B1), which is an important vitamin, so it should be included as a supplement, dusted over the food. (http://www.anapsid.org/thiamine.html)

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

I have tried freezing meals with fruit in them. The problem is, that when they dry, they release alot of liquid and it can smell pretty bad if they are in small little pieces. Thye also seem to kind of 'ferment' and go a bit gross when defrosted.
I didn't feed it to chuckie, it was gross.

Humans are like slinkies. Practically useless... but still fun to push down the stairs.

Sounds neat. I'm sure the BTS love it! I agree it could use added greens, but then it probably wouldn't turn into a smoothy. Maybe cover the greens in this fruit/meat smoothie?
Fruits can be frozen, since you can buy frozen fruits in a grocery store. However I never add fruits to my 'mashes' of food simply because fruit goes bad way faster than meat or veggies in the fridge, and then the entire mash is ruined. Now this is probably only a concern for me with so many lizards and such huge bags of 'mash'.
You know if you add a lot of alcohol to a fruit mix it will stay as a smoothie in the freezer, instead of an ice cube. No good for BTS, but still On Topic I think. Corn syrup also has the same effect in the freezer, but a different effect when consumed. Lucifer_Spades made me a corn syrup smoothie when I went to visit. My grandmother uses the other option

I dont think that frozen thawd food should be used as a staple, there is too much goodness lost, unless you can flash freeze,if you've got to suppliment it what's the point? Fruit gets broken down a fair bit while freezing and turns mushy when thawed, I had a bag of frozen fruit and it was all ignored when offered thawed to my Bluey and my Beardie, I do also think it leads to bad/lazy habits when looking after your pets. Fresh is best, IMHO
MMMmmmmm... Something???????
