Twinkie The Stairmaster

Postby Merriann » Fri Sep 06, 2013 8:38 am

Twinkie recently passed his 4 month birthday and now that he is bigger he really enjoys climbing tirelessly up and down the concrete stairs in front of our house-- I get exhausted just watching him! Thought I would share a couple pics:

When I take my male Thor out he is just naturally curious and will do things like this, the girls on the other hand barely move a couple feet. I am convinced this is gender related, males are more adventurous, IMO.

This is hilarious and so cute! :D The first picture especially, he's at two right angles on his body! You've got a little gymnast right there. :P

I've noticed my male is much more active than my female when removed from the cage.

Anyone notice that they often walk differently outdoors? Maybe it is because they are nervous but under sunlight and away from cover they move with a funny start stop motion almost like a chameleon.

Yup. Mine do that too. Sometimes my males first do that when they encounter the female for mating too.
