I know! I'm so glad! He shed the day before I was going to take him to the vet.

Now, do remember that I said to make sure the oil doesn't get anywhere near his eyes. And to go get some lubricating eye drops to keep the eye from drying up.
Keep in mind that it is very common for problems to look tons better after a shed, that doesn't mean that the underlying problem is gone. I do hope though that it was all an issue of shed on damaged scales. Let's all hope this was the extent of your problems with him.

Yeah, oil didn't touch the eye, just the scarring on his head, and side of face. He is looking so normal.. it makes me so happy.. I hope the problem is gone though.

Still a couple days after, and looks just as good as it did freshly shed. :)

For Lea - his pelvis bulge is just about to go away. He is starting to take much bigger meals, poop is getting bigger, I see the urate pretty good, drinks 2-3 times a day.

My scale recently got wet by a mystery person in the house , so I can't get anymore weights of him, but feels like he has about double his size.

I'm about to upload a video, I'll link when it is done.

What is that huge shard? (He almost eats it at about 1:38) Is that eggshell? Is it OK to leave them like that?
He is a cute little guy. :D
Does he ever stick his tongue out his right side? It seemed like it always went to his left.

Yeah. I put the whole egg in the blender.. some pieces didn't turn to pulp.

..and usually it is just forward.. unless after eating. . And both ways. It is really tiny, just doesn't look like in the video. I would say half a cm.

He eventually ate it. In the video part, he was cramming his face full so had a little bit of time swollowing. But after he slowed down, he wasn't straining to get it down. Haha

Well, finally measured him. and he is 8"! His eye is still doing awesome, as well as the scarring. His pelvis is not showing ANY, now.. and.. well.. I think this is going to be the last update. :)

Thanks everyone for all the help!

What a precious little guy! What are you feeding him? I'm trying to find something irresistible and he seems to LOVE your mix! Also, this may be a ridiculous question but is it normal to spend much of the day sleeping? I would assume this is perfectly normal but just want to make sure!

Yeah, sleeps a lot of the day.

This I bought a package of all sorts of nutritional vegetables in it, can't give the exact vegetables right off the bat.. I'll PM you when I find it.. and I mix it with cooked ground turkey.. did a 50% 50% mixture of the two. I give him banana every once in a while.

..and he definitely not a picky eater.
