Get a tank

Anyone know a good place to get a tank? I want one that opens from the front, but the reptile store near me only has the opening screen tops or the really small front opening ones.

Check craigslist and related sites. You can often find terrariums at half (or less) the retail cost.

PMHerps.com I get all my enclosures from him and you don't have to sell a kidney on the black market to afford them.

Another option, if you're good with your hands, is to build your own. My father and I built my reptile caging, and it holds humidity well for species that need it, is well ventilated, and very secure... The door actually locks on the lower portion with my boa and skink (seperate cages, same door).
