I was petting Percy and noticed he isnt that smooth feel I thought he'd be he actually feels kind of soft does that change as he gets older or does it start feeling like his head? :noknow:
PS he still hasnt shed yet :x

Sorry, I couldn't really understand a lot of what you said in the first question, but skinks always are the same texture. Reptiles are usually quite smooth. (well many species are, but not all)

They don't shed ALL the time, how long has it been since his last shed or if you just got him then give him time. It could be every 1 to 1.5 months that they shed, but it's never exactly the same.

Sorry it was confusing and I just got him the 13th I just want to see his colors afterwards :D
