About the guy with the sick skink. The name said Mitch Behm. That name definitely rang a bell. For about 8 minutes I pondered, who is Mitch Behm. Then I remembered, he runs global captive breeders, and is the guy who imports tons of skinks from Indonesia and even got albinos, melaninistics, and leucistics!!

His other animals looked really good to be honest. He had some amazing looking monitors and snakes. All healthy and active and well taken care of. I guess it is not the end of the world that he is not knowledgeable on the different species of bts, he is just a reptile dealer. I personally am against importing wild caught animals. Maybe if they really where farm raised that would not be too bad. I didn't like to see that sick one, though. If you have a sick animal I don't think you should be trying to sell it. Just my opinion. He also has pages and pages of negative reviews from people who have bought from him in the past. He has lied to people about diet and care, age of the animal, over-priced, and quite a few people say that he has sold them sick animals before. I just don't trust the guy is all. :/

Thats if he actually had them ml,wouldnt suprise me if he didnt ever have any, just pics of someone elses, the pics were different to his normal pic arrangements, the melenistics in a tub looked like someones in australia

Farm raised is usually a nice way of saying babies from wildcaught parents,he seems to import alot if animals,id say cheaply,i doubt there kept well, more imported and tried to be sold asap,he sells from juvie to adult, none captive bred, odd to call yourself globalcaptive breeders when you sell mostly imported wildcaughts, lol

Imagine how many cages you would need to house that many blueys, and all the new shipments, then they get dragged to expos, probably not long after being imported, scary thing is he imports alot more than bluetongues,an example of someone in it for the money, not the love of the animal itself

And he thought your northern was a tannie, lol

That's what I was thinking about the 'farm raised' thing... but I agree I think that company name is just like false advertising lol. I bet they don't keep them in very good conditions, probably in tubs or something. Which I don't know how I feel about that... temporary housing in something that is small/ not see-through is okay but to just keep them in there for months till they sell is just cruel. And he said that all of his skinks are not easy to handle and will bite... That was another red flag where he is in it to make money, not because they are a cool pet that he wants to share with the world. Which is why I got that female in the first place! My area has little to no BTS, and certainly no CB ones. So I'm going to be trying to sell to local pet stores that I trust and maybe people will catch on to how awesome they are! I know one thing is for sure, I'm going to be including care sheets to go along with every baby sold with a recommendation to join this site! :)
