posssible sperm plug?

Bit confused as to whether or not this is a sperm plug? Would appreciate if somebody could clarify.

On a side note, Sid is off to the vets friday again regarding his toe and arm shaking issues.

Are there two? mine usually leaves two, one from each hemipene. If there are two of them, they're probably plugs.
