Spring is coming

Postby Lauriek » Sun Aug 12, 2012 8:21 am

Hi Everyone, haven't posted in a long time. Have been very busy. Spring is on its way here in Melbourne. We're expecting 18*C tomorrow and I bet some of my skinks will wake up and decide its time to come out and about again. Although Sheba came out last week for a drink then went back into her hide. I suspect I'll have to start getting ready for waking skinks.

Pictures ? well, they're not out yet !!

I do hope they come out soon. I can turn the heat lights back on, but I'd like them to wake up themselves. :D

Shame on you. You should have been lying in wait when Sheba came out- like a skink stakeout. Tut tut, teasing like this, saying they are almost awake, but still sleeping

You Southerners know how to boast about weather.

We had snow last week.

you can cop snow any time of year though norm, lol,i remember relos lived at the foot of falls creek, even on warm days when the sun went it was icy cold,no need for wind chill factor up there

had more consistant weather from late spring to early autumn during the day though, but thats compared to melbourne,so thats not sayinng much, lol

is that similar to the blue mountains norm, or are u higher up
