Mealworms

How often do you recommend feeding meal worms? Are they high in fat? Have they got a good nutritional value? Whoever answers these questions, thank you very much.

not really the best for a staple diet,maybe the odd one as a treat,they are hard for lizards to digest properly

Hello fellow tenderfoot :) Just wondering if you saw the food chart in the caresheet? I made a copy it, and keep it with me as a reference when shopping etc.

Meals worms are alright - not high in fat but not much nutritional value either. I wouldn't go out of my way to get them, but if you have them anyway then you could feed a couple on occasion. Like Richard said, maybe the odd on as a treat.
