Temporary Cage?

Postby Rascal » Mon Apr 02, 2012 1:51 am

Hey BTS Owners,
I'm wondering what I could use as a temporary cage (with lights/heating) for my soon to be BTS? I've looked everywhere for some cheap glass aquariums, but I live In Australia so its quite hard to find. I really want to get something soon so I can get my BTS next week! Thanks

welcome to the forum,if its a baby it wont need a big cage straight away, main thing will be supplying it with a basking area and room to escape the heat to

I use a large plastic tub for a temp cage. I cut most of the lid out and replaced it with heavy duty screen so I could set lights on it. The lid has handles that snap shut so no worries about escaping. It works really well and I spend under $10 for it.
