This is just to tell you i've talked to my dad and he gave me my plan B.
Stop the anti-bioctics. He says "if she''s been on for a month its destroyed ALOT of both GOOD and BAD bacteria. Take out her BIG water dish and put in a smaller one that she can't sit in. Feed her every few hours when your home with nutrient rich foods and high calorie foods such as iggy pellets,kale,mango,water,multi-vitamin stuff like that. Also make sure to give her lots of water in the mixture."
We are ordering the glass for her new tank once my step mom sees the glass guy at her work. (she doesn't see him often as they work in diffrent wings).

And feel free to contact me if you would like help getting Marvin better, I will definitely try to meet you part way and pick her up and take her in for a while to try and get her healthy.
