Not in an adult, but some babies have a slight eye band. It is usually barely noticeable in person, but sometimes in pictures it looks MUCH darker. I can tell the stripe on this young skink is not nearly as dark in person as it appears in the picture. I have seen many young skinks in person that look just like this in pictures when in person there is no noticeable aye band at all

^ What he said, just looks darker because of the picture and lack of proper lighting. Again, he's only got a light streak, might disappear with age too.
